Sunday, April 16thHere are some pictures I took of Megan's kitchen adventure. She neglected to mention that the end result emitted a smell of strawberries and cantaloupe rinds, despite its vomitous appearance. Delicioso!

Friday, April 14thi have a new recipe to share that i made tonight. all ingredients should be on the far side of ripe:
1 potato
3 bananas
¼ of an angel food cake
½ cup strawberry sauce
5 stalks of celery
1 musk melon
¼ cup diced tomatoes
1 cup chocolate peanut butter chip cookie dough
½ cup cream cheese frosting
combine ingredients in blender adding water as necessary to achieve a soupy consistency. unless you have an ultra-large capacity blender, you will probably have to do this in batches. serve!
actually, we went grocery shopping tonight, and didn't have room to put everything away, so we cleaned out the fridge, and i wanted to compost everything in the garden, but the local animals keep running off with my organic material, so i wanted to make sure they couldn't get it. (i think a juvenille desire to play with leftover food combined with grown-up uncontested access to a blender also helped. i highly recommend it. it was fun.)
